Beginning her career as a leasing consultant, Jessica Fern-Kirkland has been innovating and disrupting the Multifamily industry for 15 years. Jessica has held leadership roles across learning, development, technology, and operations in both market rate and affordable housing environments. Jessica's purpose includes creating and scaling high performing, people-first organizations that showcase diversity, embrace failure, and challenge limits through innovative thinking. Jessica is passionate about organizational leadership and fearless failure and is a frequent speaker for NAA and apartment associations. Jessica is currently earning her degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and serves as the Chair of the Human Services Commission for the City of Covington. Jessica lives in the great Pacific Northwest with her husband and two kids and loves to mountain bike and adventure outdoors.
Vice President of Property Operations
Willow started her career in multifamily in 2001 as a market rate/affordable property manager and through the span of 19 years she gained extensive experience earning her leadership positions in operations, regional portfolio management, training and development. Willow has worked in a variety of markets including new construction, condo conversions, rehabs, student housing. Willow is regarded as an influential leader who is skilled at motivating and coaching high performing teams. On a personal side, she was born and raised in Fayetteville, AR. She has 3 children (27, 22, and 13) and has a better half Marcus and they have lived the last 10 years in Austin, TX. She loves RV'ing, football, basketball all levels.
Vice President of Learning and Marketing
Lissi has been in the multifamily industry for over 16 years. In 2001 Lissi received her BA in Mass Communications from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She serves as a focused leader supporting teams in talent and designing programs to ensure the leasing teams are maximizing the customer experience. She is also involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures, training, and utilizing measurement and evaluation for the team's performance. Currently, she volunteers with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and Tarrant County as a member of the Education Committee and the NAAEI Faculty. Her passion for education and training is contagious; she aims to empower people by mentoring, motivating, and inspiring others to become the best in their roles.
Vice President of Corporate Operations
Lisa Goulet is the Vice President of Corporate Operations at PMG Property Management. Lisa aspires to lead her teams to perfect their craft in the property management industry. She has spent the majority of her career in the multifamily industry, leading teams in areas of property acquisitions, lease ups, and extensive capital projects. Lisa has strived to ensure that the property management strategy aligns with the business strategy set forth by Owners.
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining PMG, for the past 9 years Marcus served as director of budgeting and forecasting and senior specialist for the largest student housing company in the US. Responsible for the accurate budget and financial planning for all the company’s assets and acquisitions. He also oversaw business applications development and supported both the financial and operations teams.
Marcus has over 23 years of experience in finance, accounting, and project management. Earlier in his career, he held senior-level positions in both the food and accounting industries while working for Tyson Foods Corporate and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He earned his accounting degree from the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas
Director of People Success
Stephanie Oehler, has 20+ years experience in multifamily. She started on the operator side as a leasing professional and after several years and several roles, moved to the supplier side. She was Publisher for The Greater Phoenix Apartment Guide and most recently, the Director of Partner Programs for Leonardo247.
She has an extensive background in coaching, marketing, sales, systems & processes. Plus, her passion is people- developing talent and energizing individuals and teams to succeed. Which makes this move back to the operator side as Director of People Success for PMG a bit like coming home.
Her other passions include reading, writing, and traveling with her husband, Josh, and their three daughters, Maddie, Melanie, and Mia. Stephanie's style is leading with HUMOR & HEART.
She is published in AMA News, Rent & Retain Magazine, and on Multifamily Insiders. She's spoken at Brainstorming, NAA, MRI User Conference and various Entrepreneur events, and has been a guest on Industry Celebrity podcast, Makeover podcast, and TLDCast. She volunteers as a guest host for MFI Webinar Wednesday, as a guest lecturer for Ball State University, and to teach NALP and served as the inaugural President of the Board for the new Arizona chapter of the Kent State University Alumni Association.
Senior Regional Asset Manager, Texas
As a Regional Vice President for the Texas Market, Michael Izenberg brings over 25 years of property management experience to PMG. In this time, Michael has overseen garden, mid-rise, and high-rise deals, A+ lease-ups as well as distressed and value add renovation sites in large cities, as well as small communities. Michael’s experience includes both fee management, and REIT communities. Michael has been involved in the Apartment associations for many years in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas Texas, serving on numerous committees. Michael is currently working towards his CPM designation from IREM and is a CPM candidate.
Most recently, Michael served as a Regional Vice President with Greystone Property Management. At PMG, Michael will be responsible for ensuring that his assigned properties exceed performance, in accordance with ownership expectations through effective leadership, training, and marketing.
