Beginning her career as a leasing consultant, Jessica Fern-Kirkland has been innovating and disrupting the Multifamily industry for 15 years. Jessica has held leadership roles across learning, development, technology, and operations in both market rate and affordable housing environments. Jessica's purpose includes creating and scaling high performing, people-first organizations that showcase diversity, embrace failure, and challenge limits through innovative thinking. Jessica is passionate about organizational leadership and fearless failure and is a frequent speaker for NAA and apartment associations. Jessica is currently earning her degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and serves as the Chair of the Human Services Commission for the City of Covington. Jessica lives in the great Pacific Northwest with her husband and two kids and loves to mountain bike and adventure outdoors.

Lissi has been in the multifamily industry for over 16 years. In 2001 Lissi received her BA in Mass Communications from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She serves as a focused leader supporting teams in talent and designing programs to ensure the leasing teams are maximizing the customer experience. She is also involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures, training, and utilizing measurement and evaluation for the team's performance. Currently, she volunteers with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and Tarrant County as a member of the Education Committee and the NAAEI Faculty. Her passion for education and training is contagious; she aims to empower people by mentoring, motivating, and inspiring others to become the best in their roles.

Lisa Goulet is the Vice President of Corporate Operations at PMG Property Management. Lisa aspires to lead her teams to perfect their craft in the property management industry. She has spent the majority of her career in the multifamily industry, leading teams in areas of property acquisitions, lease ups, and extensive capital projects. Lisa has strived to ensure that the property management strategy aligns with the business strategy set forth by Owners.

Stephanie Oehler, has 20+ years experience in multifamily. She started on the operator side as a leasing professional and after several years and several roles, moved to the supplier side. She was Publisher for The Greater Phoenix Apartment Guide and most recently, the Director of Partner Programs for Leonardo247.
She has an extensive background in coaching, marketing, sales, systems & processes. Plus, her passion is people- developing talent and energizing individuals and teams to succeed. Which makes this move back to the operator side as Vice President of People Success for PMG a bit like coming home.
Her other passions include reading, writing, and traveling with her husband, Josh, and their three daughters, Maddie, Melanie, and Mia. Stephanie's style is leading with HUMOR & HEART.
She is published in AMA News, Rent & Retain Magazine, and on Multifamily Insiders. She's spoken at Brainstorming, NAA, MRI User Conference and various Entrepreneur events, and has been a guest on Industry Celebrity podcast, Makeover podcast, and TLDCast. She volunteers as a guest host for MFI Webinar Wednesday, as a guest lecturer for Ball State University, and to teach NALP and served as the inaugural President of the Board for the new Arizona chapter of the Kent State University Alumni Association.
Vice President of Maintenance Operations
Adrian started his property management career in 2003 as a part-time groundskeeper. Before joining PMG, Adrian was a Regional Director of Maintenance for Lessen, where he oversaw the company’s maintenance operations on the East Coast.
Before Lessen, Adrian was Director of Facilities and Maintenance at ECI Group, an owner/operator based in Atlanta, Georgia with assets located throughout Southeast U.S. Since 2007, he’s been managing service departments for large and high-profile assets and overseeing maintenance operations, capital projects and renovations for portfolios of up to 9,000 apartment homes for some of the largest multifamily firms in the country: Greystar, Balfour Beatty Communities and Cortland.
Adrian is very passionate about networking and helping others elevate their careers. He is also the host of the Multifamily Chronicles podcast. Adrian holds a law degree from the Romanian-American University in Bucharest, Romania.
Vice President of Data and Technology
Aaron is a strategic, data driven leader, with a significant focus on the use of technology and data analytics to make impactful decisions to streamline processes and improve organizational performance. Aaron has a deep understanding of multifamily operating fundamentals and has extensive experience with discovery, planning, design, workflow improvement, process mapping, adoption, and ongoing performance enhancement engagements.
Prior to joining PMG, Aaron has over 9 years of experience in PropTech, having held multiple leadership positions for Grace Hill, RealPage, and SightPlan and rolling out technology solutions for some of the multifamily industries largest providers.
Vice President of Property Operations
Nathan joins PMG after having accumulated 24 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry working with large, privately held & publicly traded, owner/operators as well as 3rd party management & development companies. Having a proven track record of leading effective operating departments, implementing lease-up strategies, delivering revenue growth, and leading teams through launch of a region & during property transition to stabilization. Taking on a collaborative and positive approach to leadership Nathan has worked well cross functionally with construction, development, IT, Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting, Systems teams and HR groups and with all other stakeholders.
Nathan’s success is in great part attributed to the broad insight and skills gained on his unique career path – from entry-level leasing consultant while in college through multiple corporate roles in property management, ancillary services, new development and operations. His most recent accomplishments have been the launching of 2 regions in the Los Angeles & Seattle markets for his previous ownership group.
Nathan’s primary responsibilities have been bringing Class A luxury high-rise product to market, recruiting top tier talent, building careers and fostering relationships & company culture evolution. As Nathan explains, “I enjoy hiring smart people who bring ideas to the table. We want to lead the industry in every way. Our goal is to be the top preferred brand in multifamily that is known as an operating property management team who is warm and inviting while ensuring that your home is comfortable. Nathan is a native of the great State of Texas and a Former Student of Texas A&M University in College Station. He travels the globe any chance he gets, is an avid sports fan and will try most anything in the outdoors. Overall, he enjoys life experiences and embraces change along the way .
Senior Regional Portfolio Manager
Lora joins us with more than 15 years of property management experience. Lora has managed senior housing, multi-family, SFR, including conventional, receivership, REO and multi-million-dollar renovation projects. She has experience in various markets including Dallas, Nevada, Houston, and Phoenix. Lora has extensive experience with budgeting, financial reporting, marketing, client/vendor relations and enhance resident experience. Prior to her employment with PMG, Lora has overseen operations for up to 6000 units and has worked with national clients with Cushman & Wakefield and owner managed companies such as Cortland Partners. Her primary role is to improve operations and support the growth and development of our team.

Tim is a licensed Realtor and joins PMG with over 20 years of industry knowledge. Tim has previously worked in the market sector, affordable housing sector, lease ups, value adds, as well as Real Estate Sales. In his previous role Tim was nominated as Regional Manager of the year and is also seeking to complete his CPM Candidacy in 2023. Tim is anxious to continue his path in the industry to help promote teamwork and help to foster new and innovative ways to help push PMG and the industry forward.
In his spare time, Tim loves spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan.
Senior Regional Asset Manager, Texas
Adrienne joins us with nearly 10 years of property management experience, working closely on the student housing side in a variety of roles. She has played a vital role in supporting her previous organization with transitions, team member development and training, while also being a group resource for her portfolio. Adrienne is eager to put her skills and operational experience to use, as she will provide a wealth of valuable knowledge that will be a great resource to our clients and onsite teams.
Senior Regional Asset Manager, Texas
As a Regional Vice President for the Texas Market, Michael Izenberg brings over 25 years of property management experience to PMG. In this time, Michael has overseen garden, mid-rise, and high-rise deals, A+ lease-ups as well as distressed and value add renovation sites in large cities, as well as small communities. Michael’s experience includes both fee management, and REIT communities. Michael has been involved in the Apartment associations for many years in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas Texas, serving on numerous committees. Michael is currently working towards his CPM designation from IREM and is a CPM candidate.
Most recently, Michael served as a Regional Vice President with Greystone Property Management. At PMG, Michael will be responsible for ensuring that his assigned properties exceed performance, in accordance with ownership expectations through effective leadership, training, and marketing.
